ORDER PROCESSING

Our team of cats will process your order in maximum 2 working days. 

Exception! The hand painted products will be processed in 1-10 working days and the printed T-shirts, dresses and sweatshirts will be processed in 1-5 working days. 

DELIVERY

Shipping cost:

  • for Europe: €11.99. Free shipping for orders > €150
  • for USA: $13.99. Free shipping for orders >$170

Your package will be delivered within 1-2 working days in Europe and 2-7 working days in USA after your order was shipped by our cats team.

You will receive a notification on your e-mail address when your package is being shipped. This will contain the tracking number, also.

We ship our packages with DHL. You will receive a SMS notification on the delivery day or one day before.

The carrier will try 3 times to deliver the package. If you will not receive it, the package will came back to us. 

You can change your delivery address if you need to. You have to use the On Demand Delivery service from DHL.

RETURNS IN 100 DAYS

Cats are so calm and ZEN and they don’t want you to be stressed. So you may return your products within 100 days of receipt.

Our cats will be sad because of your return, but you don’t have to tell us your reason. For us is important that you will be happy.

To notify us about the return of your order, please us an e-mail to meow@withcats.eu. 

The articles must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and with their labels attached. They must not have any traces of use or other defects caused by usage.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. We reserve the right to accept or refuse the return only after the products were checked and if they fulfill the conditions mentioned above. If the return solicitation is approved, the payment will be reimbursed within 10 working days to the card you used for the original purchase. The return transportation costs will be invoiced to the client.

Products purchased as a set will be returned together.

The personalized products are non-returnable. Please be aware that our cats personalized your products according to your instructions, so they cannot be returned or exchanged for another product. 

PRODUCTS EXCHANGE IN 100 DAYS

Did you order the wrong size? No problem. You can exchange your products within 100 days of receipt.
