Terms and Conditions of Sale

These are the terms and conditions of sale of With Cats SRL. These Conditions apply to all orders placed by you with With Cats via its webstore (withcats.eu). By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Conditions on the agreement between you and With Cats.

These Conditions set out the rights and obligations of the parties that apply to your ordering of products via the webstore of With Cats. It is therefore important that you take the time to read these Conditions carefully. With Cats recommends storing these Conditions on your computer and/or printing them for your records.

  1. Your Details

To enable the smooth and timely execution of the agreement by With Cats, it is important that you correctly and completely provide your name, your e-mail address and the delivery address as per the instructions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided by you.

With Cats will use the details provided by you only in the manner indicated in the privacy statement, which is available on its website.

Also, you need to:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • have a credit or debit card that we accept (see bottom of page for details of current payment providers); and
  • be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. it is in your name or you have permission to use it).
  1. Order Processing and Delivery

With Cats aims to process and deliver your order as smoothly and quickly as possible. In the unlikely event that the relevant order is no longer available, With Cats will inform you and refund the paid amount for the relevant product.

There’s a lot going on here at With Cats and from time to time our busy „Cats” may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.

Depending on the value of your order or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged. Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by you and via the means of delivery chosen by you.

If the delivery address is located outside the European Union, it is possible that the country in question charges additional levies, such as import tax. With Cats has no influence or control over such levies and can therefore not provide you with further information. You must check yourself if the ordered articles can be exported and imported to the country in question and what the costs are, before placing such an order.

Ownership of the ordered products passes to you as soon as With Cats has received full payment.

With Cats takes great care to ensure that products are shipped accurately and in full. Should you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please contact us at meow@withcats.eu.

  1. Quality

With Cats aims to display products on its website as fully and accurately as possible. The nature of the offered products may result in differences (such as colour differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you.

All the products in the With Cats collection meet your expected quality standards. However, we expressly point out that these products are designed from an aesthetic point of view, and not with a view of optimum lifespan, practical usefulness or ease of use.

The products on offer in the webstore, such as garments and accessories, are naturally subject to wear. The lifespan of a product is partly dependent on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of care. The products of With Cats are made from the materials listed in the webstore. For optimum lifespan and quality, it is important, where necessary, to follow the washing instructions.

  1. Returns and refunds

If you wish to return a product you can do it within 100 days after receipt of all the products in your order, without giving any reasons for doing so.This is the so-called cooling-off period. You can use your right to terminate the agreement by sending us an e-mail at meow@withcats.eu.

If you choose to terminate the agreement as far as a particular product is concerned, you are required to return this product as soon as possible, but no later than 100 days after receipt of all the products in your order, to the address of With Cats as stated in Article 1. The direct costs of the return shipment of the product to Scotch & Soda are for your own expense.

With Cats refunds the amount paid for the product in question immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days after has received the returned product in question in a bank account that you mention to us.

The termination right is meant to determine if the product is suitable and if you indeed want the product. It is permissible to use the product as far as necessary to verify whether or not you actually want the product, just like you would do in a retail space.

When you return a product that you have damaged, has been washed, the labels have been removed, a product is incomplete or a product contains other signs of wear which show that you have used the product more extensively thanpermitted you are liable towards With Cats for the decrease in the value of the product caused by you. With Cats will deduct this decrease in value from the total amount to be refunded to you.

The termination right does not apply to products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).

  1. Changes to these Conditions

If With Cats decides to change these Conditions, it will publish the changed Conditions on its website. So remember to check back in before you shop, as the latest set will apply.

  1. Intellectual property, software and content

With Cats owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

You’re also not allowed to use the With Cats logo or any With Cats brand or trade mark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission.

Occasionally things do go wrong and you may want to get in touch with us. If that happens, please contact our Customer Care team of cats, who will work with you to resolve any issues you’re having with our services by e-mail at: meow@withcats.eu.

  1. Legal stuff

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website (including our Ts&Cs) at any time.

These terms and our dealings with you are subject to Romanian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Romanian courts.
